Couples Therapy
Are You Ready to Overcome the Barriers Holding Back Your Relationship?
Does it feel like you and your partner are just going through the motions? It might seem unclear what went wrong and how things got so disconnected. Or it might feel like you both can’t seem to get on the same page anymore. Building and maintaining a healthy relationship takes work. And to no fault of our own we can get off track with consistently putting the work into our relationships. This is where couples therapy comes in to provide that extra guidance to get back on track.
Couples therapy is a collaborative process between therapist and a relationship involving 2 or more partners. In this space the aim is to create a happy, healthy, and secure relationship. Together we will explore the root of the issues and the relationship ecosystem in order to create new dynamics. You can expect to engage in process-oriented work, collaborate in emotional expression and practice new methods of communication.
