Individual therapy is a joint process between therapist and individual to process and explore things that may be hard to face alone. Together we will explore the inner self to gain further insight and awareness in order to heal as well as create new strategies for change. You can expect to engage in process-oriented work, focus on emotional expression, and gain understanding.
