We are an in-network provider for BCBSIL PPO & BCBSIL Blue Choice. We also accept self-pay clients (including HSA/FSA).

For all other insurances with out-of-network benefits your insurance plan may still cover the cost of our sessions.
All our services are provided online through a HIPPAA compliant platform. See Telehealth Preparation Checklist to get ready before your first session.
Initial Consultation
A 15-minute initial phone session will be billed at the rate of $0.
Intake Session
A 53-minute initial Individual and Relationship Therapy session will be billed at the rate of $150.
Individual & Couples
The following 53-minute Individual and Couples Therapy sessions are billed at a rate of $120.
AllWell Therapy has partnered with Thrizer, a payment application that handles out-of-network processing automatically so you can use the out-of-network benefits from your insurance company to cover the cost of our sessions.
Cancellation Policy
Clients can cancel a session at any time without penalty as long as 48 hour notice is provided. If a session is not cancelled or rescheduled with proper notice it will unfortunately result in the charge of a late cancellation fee.
The late cancellation fee is the full cost of the session, not the co-pay or co-insurance.
We can verify your insurance benefits and determine what your estimated out of pocket costs will be prior to your initial intake session. Session price may vary depending on insurance coverage. Please be ready to provide your insurance information during or immediately following your initial consultation. This process might take several days depending on the number of requests we receive. You may temporarily be added to a waitlist while we verify your insurance benefits.
We encourage you to also call your insurance company to become familiar with your specific benefits and coverage.
Please remember that verification of benefits does not guarantee payment from your insurance company.
Please note that AllWell Therapy has opted out of accepting Medicare benefits. All clients who have Medicare will be required to sign a form stating that they are opting out of using Medicare benefits and will not be eligible for reimbursement.
